Incredible experience. Chef Ono and Karin were so kind and excited to have us. Chef Ono took us efficiently through making a number of different types of rolls, hand roll, and nigiri in a way that was easy to follow and remember. At the end, we ate our creations as well as some extras and were happily stuffed. Experience booked for 1.5 hours, we finished in 1 hour 15 min by choice. Would definitely recommend!

The baby anago appetizer and chawanmushi were especially memorable. Although Chef Takahiro seems to speak little English, he knew enough to communicate each of the dishes effectively. The experience felt very authentic and traditional with my party seated at the counter and Chef Takahiro working alone behind the counter. Chef Takahiro also provided excellent sake pairing recommendations: two of the best bottles I have ever tried.

It was a great night- the host paul was very knowledgeable about the area and got us into "members only" bars that we wouldnt have known about! It was a fun way to learn about the bar scene in osaka and try many drinks! We had some great umeshu!

We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Kenzo was a fantastic guide taking us through the Shinsekai neighborhood and walking us through all of the different dishes and drinks of Osaka. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this tour!

We had a truly valuable and unforgettable experience. Our guide Akari was absolutely wonderful — very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The dinner was incredibly generous with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The geisha experience itself was amazing; we had the chance to ask all the questions we were curious about and learned so much. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting!

Every bite kept getting better and better. Chef made even the most simple of dishes absolutely remarkable. I can’t recommend this place more, you must try.

Fantastic food and a special experience with the chef, very friendly making it more than just a lunch or a dinner, but an experience - friendly, authentic - really worth a ride from other parts of Kyoto.
